Of the more than 1,200 applicants to doctoral health professions schools over the past 20 years, nearly 80% were accepted to schools of medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, podiatry, optometry and pharmacy. Our acceptance rates are consistently higher than the national acceptance rates.

The Classes of 2021 and 2022 completed both in-person and remote internships at 927 organizations in 27 different states, plus the District of Columbia, Belgium, Canada, China, England, Germany, Panama, Spain, Sweden, and Vietnam.

For the 2023-2024 academic year, first-year students received more than $40 million in financial aid and scholarships, $37 million of which was provided by the University. The average financial aid package, not including parent and private loans, was $41,000.

We have invested more than $302 million in campus improvements in recent years, including our newest building, Leahy Hall, a $47.5 million state-of-the-art facility, the Kevin P. Quinn, S.J., Athletics Campus, which opened in 2018, and 5,000 square feet of new mechanical engineering labs and shop area in Hyland Hall.
